Ingredients
Makes 8 to10 servings

1 lb. Hamburger
½  medium Onion, minced
2 cups (#2 can) Red Kidney Beans
3 cups (#2 1 ½ can) Tomatoes, cored and lightly chopped
1 tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Vinegar
1 tsp. Chili Powder
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
4 oz. Spaghetti, broken into 1-1 ½ inch pieces
1 cup Water
Instructions
1. Brown hamburger and onion together in pan, then drain off fat.

2. Add red kidney beans, tomatoes, sugar, vinegar, chili powder, salt, and pepper and bring to boil.

3. Add spaghetti and water and simmer until tender (about 12 minutes).

NOTE from Elaine - can use macaroni instead of spaghetti.
