Ingredients
Yummy.  This one is Jeremy's favorite.

6 Chicken Breasts, cooked and cut into cubes
12 large Tortillas
2 cups grated Cheddar and/or Monterey Jack Cheese

Sauce
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can Green Chilies
1 cup Sour Cream
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 deg.

2. Combine sauce ingredients.

3. Mix cooked chicken with sauce and cheese.

4. Fill tortillas and roll up.  Stuff the enchiladas tightly into a 9 by13 inch pan.

5. Put foil over the top of the pan and bake for 25 minutes.

6. When heated through and bubbly, sprinkle a little bit of grated cheese on top of the enchiladas.
