Ingredients
Trisha’s Favorite

Makes about 6 servings

2 cups cooked Vegetables (Broccoli, Potatoes, Peas, etc.)
1/3 cup Celery, sliced
1 small Onion, chopped (1/3 cup)
1 medium Garlic Clove, crushed
1/4 cup Butter or Margarine
1/3 cup All-Purpose Flour
½ tsp. Poultry Seasoning
2 cups Chicken Broth
1 cup Milk
2 cups chopped cooked Turkey or Chicken
1 pkg. (10) Refrigerated Biscuits
Instructions
1. In a large saucepan cook celery, onion and garlic in hot butter or margarine till tender but not brown.

2. Stir in flour and seasonings. Add chicken broth and milk. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.

3. Stir in vegetables and turkey or chicken heat through.

4. Turn mixture into 2 quart casserole.

5. Cut each biscuit into quarters. Arrange on top of the hot turkey mixture.

6. Bake, uncovered, in a 400 deg oven about 15 minutes or until biscuits are light brown.
