Ingredients
Makes 4 to 5 servings

½  lb. Round Steak, cubed
Salt
Pepper
Garlic
1/4 cup Margarine
½ cup Onion, minced (1 Tbl. flaked)
1/4 cup Milk
2 Tbl. Cream Powder
1 Tbl. Sour Cream Powder
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 lb. Mushrooms, washed and sliced
1 cup Milk
1-2 Tbl. Flour (optional)
Parsley, minced
7 oz. Broad Noodles, cooked and buttered
Instructions
1. Put on water for noodles. Wash and slice mushrooms, if fresh.

2. Cut the round steak into 1 inch by 1 ½ inch strips.

3. Season steak  with salt, pepper and garlic. Brown in margarine.

4. Add onion and sauté.

5. Add water, stirring to dissolve browned particles on bottom of pan.

6. Stir in cream powder, sour cream powder, cream of chicken soup, mushrooms and milk.  If needed, thicken with flour.

7. Garnish with parsley.

8. Serve over noodles.
