Ingredients
Makes 4 servings

4 Chicken Breasts, skinless, boneless
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Salt
Pepper
4 deli slices Ham
4 slices Swiss Cheese
½ cup Corn Flake Crumbs
2-4 Tbl. Butter, melted
Instructions
1. Pound the chicken breasts until completely flat, trying to get as close to square shape as possible.

2. Season the chicken breasts to taste with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.

3. Roll the Swiss cheese slices in the ham slices. Place in the middle of the flattened chicken breast and wrap the chicken around the ham and cheese.

4. Roll the chicken in the corn flake crumbs. Place in a 9 by 9 inch pan.

5. Dribble melted butter over chicken.

6. Bake in a 350 deg oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until done.

7. Serve with rice, potatoes, etc.
