Ingredients
This recipe came from Bob’s mother.
1 ½ cups crushed Crispy Rice Cereal
1 can Evaporated Milk
whole Chicken, cut up or 6 Chicken Breasts
½ cup Butter or Margarine, melted
Instructions
1. Crush crispy rice cereal by placing in large plastic bag and rolling with rolling pin. Put into medium bowl and set aside.
2. Pour evaporated milk into another medium bowl and set aside.
3. Cut chicken into desired pieces or buy already cut up.
4. Dip chicken pieces into evaporated milk. Then dip chicken pieces into crushed crispy rice cereal, making sure it is completely coated. Place each piece into a 9 by 13 inch baking pan.
5. When all chicken is in pan, drizzle melted margarine over chicken.
6. Bake in a 350 deg oven for 1 hour or until done.
7. Serve with rice, potatoes, etc.
