Ingredients
4 medium Russet Potatoes
1 Tbl. Vegetable Oil
3 Tbl. grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Tbl. chopped Fresh Parsley, or 2 tsp. Dried Parsley
1 tsp. Paprika
½ tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 450 deg. Line baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.

2. Slice potatoes in half, then into ½ inch cubes.

3. Place potatoes in a medium bowl and toss with oil.

4. Combine cheese and spices in a small bowl.

5. Add spice mixture to potatoes in bowl toss to coat potatoes evenly.

6. Arrange potatoes on baking sheet.

7. Bake turning once, until potatoes are lightly browned and easily pierced with knife, about 25 minutes.
