Ingredients
½ cup minced Onion
1 rib Minced Celery
1/4 cup Butter or Margarine
6 slices Toast
Hot Water
2 tsp. Sage
1 tsp. Thyme
½ tsp. Marjoram
½ tsp. Rosemary
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1 Tbl. Parsley Flakes
Instructions
1. Sauté the onion and celery in the butter or margarine OR in water to cover.

2. Meanwhile, break toast into pieces into large pan or bowl.

3. Add sage, thyme, marjoram, rosemary, black pepper and parsley flakes.

4. Add sauteed onion and celery and hot water to moisten all.

5. Stuff into whatever meat you choose and cook according to directions.

OR, just use a packaged sage and onion dressing mix and add a little onion, celery and poultry seasoning.
