Ingredients
Jackson’s favorite.

1 lb. Spaghetti

White Sauce:
2 Tbl. Margarine
1 Tbl. Cornstarch
1 cup Milk
1 cup Medium Cheddar Cheese, grated
Instructions
1. In a large pot cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain. Set aside.

2. In a medium saucepan make the White Sauce:
  a. Melt the margarine on a low heat.
  b. Add the cornstarch and cook in the margarine 30 seconds or less.
  c. Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened.

3. Take white sauce off the heat and add the grated cheddar cheese.

4. Place the cooked spaghetti in a big bowl and stir in the cheese sauce. Serve.
