Ingredients
4 large Russet Potatoes
1/4 cup Sour Cream
½ pkg. Ranch Seasonings
2 tsp. Dried Chives
Salt and Pepper
Bacon
Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
1. Scrub potatoes and pierce with fork. Microwave on HIGH 10 to 13 minutes, rotating every 4 minutes.

2. Heat oven to 350 deg.

3. Slice tops off potatoes and dig out mulch. Mix mulch with cream, ranch, chives, salt and pepper.

4. Refill potatoes. Top with bacon and cheese. Bake for 10 minutes.
