  Ham-Broccoli Rolls

Ingredients
6 thin slices cooked ham
6 slices mozzarella cheese
6 broccoli spears (fresh or frozen)
1 Tbsp. butter
6 eggs
1/3 cup water (1 Tbsp. per egg)
Instructions
1. Lay out slices of ham. Cover with slices of mozzarella cheese. Place broccoli spears on top and roll inside, then fasten with wooden toothpicks.

2. Melt butter in 10 inch frying pan. Place ham rolls in frying pan to form spokes of a wheel.

3. In small bowl beat eggs and water together. Pour over ham rolls.

4. Cover and cook over low heat 12 to 15 minutes, or until eggs are set.

5. Remove picks. Cut in wedges to serve.

NOTE: Instead of eggs you can use mushroom soup or chicken bouillon and milk.
