Ingredients
1 pound Won Ton Skins

***Filling***
1/2 pound ground beef
1/2 pound ground pork
8 ounces Waterchestnuts - chopped fine
3 green onion - chopped fine
2 teaspoons sesame seed oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Mix filling ingredients together.

2. Place about one teaspoon of filling in center of won ton skin and fold over making a triangle, sealing edges by wetting with water.

3. Deep fry in hot oil until golden.

4. Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
