Ingredients
12 ounces Won Ton Skins

***Filling***
½ pound ground beef
½ pound ground pork   or mild sausage
8 ounces Waterchestnuts    chopped fine
5 mushrooms small    chopped fine
3 green onion    chopped fine
2 teaspoons sesame seed oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 small egg

***Plum Sauce***
1 cup plum jam
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4-1/2 cup water as needed (depending on how thick the jam is)
Instructions
1. Mix filling ingredients together.

2. Place about one teaspoon of filling in center of won ton skin and fold over making a triangle, sealing edges by wetting with water.

3. Deep fry in 300 degree Fahrenheit oil until golden.

4. Serve with plum sauce.

Plum Sauce:
1. Mix the ingredients together well.

2. Bring to a boil on low heat.

3. Cool the sauce and store in a jar in the refrigerator.

Note: (Use within a few days.)
