  Serves: makes 2 loaves
Ingredients
2 1/2 cups warm water
1 1/2 Tbsp., or 2 pkg. yeast
2 Tbsp. sugar
8 cups flour
1 Tbsp. salt
*3/4 cup dry milk powder (optional)
1 egg
1 Tbsp. oil

*liquid milk must first be scalded
Instructions
1. Pour warm water into a mixing bowl. Sprinkle in yeast and sugar. Let yeast soften about 10 minutes, or until bubbles rise to top. Set aside.

2. Meanwhile sift flour.

3. Mix yeast water with whisk.

4. Add dry milk powder.  Stir.

5. Add egg. Beat with whisk.

6. Add 2 cups of flour. Beat with whisk for about 10 minutes.

7. Add oil.  Stir with whisk.

8. Beat in remaining flour with large spoon.

9. Knead dough for 10 minutes.

10. Oil bowl and pat oil on dough. Cover and let rise until double in bulk.

11. Knead down and form into loaves. Place in pans and let rise.

12. Bake at 350 deg for about 45 minutes.
