  Serves: makes 4 loaves
Ingredients
1 cup warm water
1/4 cup yeast
1/2 cup sugar
4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup melted butter
7-8 cups white flour
Instructions
1. Pour water into a large bowl. Dissolve yeast and sugar in water.

2. Mix in salt, butter and flour.  Beat soundly for 2 to 3 minutes (dough will be "gooey").

3. Divide into four standard-sized greased loaf pans. Do not worry about shaping.

4. Let stand for 30 minutes.

5. Bake at 400 deg for 25 to 30 minutes.

6. Remove from pans and cool on wire rack.
