  Comments: This is a delicious cinnamon bread baked approximately every 10 days. Pass this recipe and starter among all your friends. A few hints to help you: Do not use metal bowl or spoon when mixing and do not refrigerate the starter bag. Bubbling, thickening & fermenting are normal. Let air out of the bag as needed. If you forget to bake the bread on the tenth day, the starter is still good for another day or two.

  Serves: makes two loaves
Ingredients
1 cup oil
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 large eggs
2 cups flour
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 large box instant vanilla pudding - dry
2 tsp. cinnamon
Instructions
Day  1: The day you receive the bag DO NOTHING!

Day  2: Squeeze bag

Day  3: Squeeze bag

Day  4: Squeeze bag

Day  5: Squeeze bag

Day  6: Add 1 cup flour, 1 cup milk, 1 cup sugar

Day  7: Squeeze bag

Day  8: Squeeze bag

Day  9: Squeeze bag

Day 10: Combine in a large bowl, starter in the bag, 1 cup flour, 1 cup milk and 1 cup sugar. Mix with a wooden spoon. Pour four 1 cup starters into a zip lock bag. Give three of the starters away to friends along with these instructions. Keep one bag for your self if you wish to continue baking bread and passing it on to other friends.

To the remaining batter in the bowl add ingredients listed above.

Pour into two large well greased loaf pans. You can sprinkle extra sugar and cinnamon on top or fold in 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts or 1/2 cup raisins. Bake at 325 deg for 45 to 60 minutes depending on the size pan.
