Ingredients
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup mashed bananas
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 cup milk
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Instructions
1. Cream the margarine and sugar together in medium bowl.

2. Add eggs and beat. Add bananas, lemon juice and milk.

3. Sift together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Add flour mixture and nuts.

4. Turn into a well greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 deg for 55 to 60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
