Ingredients
1 lb. round steak, cubed
salt
pepper
garlic powder
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup onion, minced (1 Tbl. flaked)
1/4 cup water
3 Tbl. powder coffee creamer
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lb. mushrooms, wshed and sliced
1 cup milk
1 sprig fresh parsley, minced (1/2 tsp. flaked)
1-2 Tbl. flour (optional)
4 oz. broad noodles, cooked and buttered
minced parsley
Instructions
1. Season steak with with salt, pepper and garlic.

2. In large frying pan brown seasoned steak in butter.

3. Add onion and saute.

4. Add water stirring to dissolve browned particles.

5. Stir in creamer, soup, mushrooms, milk and parsley.

6. Thicken flour if needed.

7. Serve over noodles. Garnish with parsley.
