Ingredients
16 oz. package lasagne noodles
3 lb. ground beef
2 medium onions minced (2-3 Tbsp. flaked)
2 cloves garlic minced (1 Tbsp. powder)
2 tsp. salt
1 teas pepper
2 cans (15 oz.) Tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. basil
1 bay leaf
1 Tbsp. oregano leaves
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
3 Tbsp. catsup

12 oz. cottage cheese
8 oz. sour cream
2 eggs         
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes

4 cups colby jack cheese
2 cups mozzarella cheese
Instructions
1. Put lasagna noodles on to boil in salted water.

2. Make meat sauce: Brown ground beef, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Drain and add tomato sauce, basil, bay leaf, oregano leaves, parsley flakes and catsup. Let simmer for an hour.

3. Beat eggs. Add in cottage cheese and sour cream, Parmesan cheese and parsley flakes and set aside.

4. Grate cheeses and combine in medium bowl and set aside.

5. Heat oven to 375 deg.

6. Layer ingredients in a 9x13x2 inch pan in the following order: noodles, meat sauce, egg mixture, cheeses, repeat layers and top with cheese

7. Bake in a 375 deg oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
