Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1  28 oz. can tomatoes
2  6 oz. cans tomato paste
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. whole basil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 16 oz. pkg. lasagne noodles
1 lb. cottage cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Instructions
1. Brown ground beef and onions.

2. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, garlic, basil, salt, bay leaf, and pepper to the meat and simmer for 2 hours.

3. Cook and drain lasagne noodles.

4. Beat eggs and add cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, and parsley flakes.

5. Layer in 13x9x2 inch pan:
    noodles
    cottage cheese mixture
    Mozzarella cheese
    meat sauce

6. Repeat layers. Top with cheese

7. Bake at 375 deg for 45 minutes.
