Ingredients
3 Tbl. butter or margarine
1 clove garlic
2 med. green peppers, cut in strips
2 cups sliced onions
3 Tbl. butter or margarine
1 lb. round steak cut into 1/4 inch strips
1/4 cup milk
4 oz. noodles
Instructions
1. Melt butter in large frying pan over medium heat.

2. Saute garlic until golden brown, then dicard.

3. Add peppers and onions and saute lightly. Remove from pan and drain.

4. Melt and additional butter.

5. Dredge the steak lightly, then shake off excess flour. Brown thoroughly.

6. Add milk and simmer 10 minutes.

7. Return peppers and onions to pan and simmer five minutes, or until heated through.

8. Cook the noodles according to directions on package.

9. Serve meat mixture over noodles.
