Ingredients
1/2 lb. pkg. lasagna noodles
1 lb. ground beef
1-2 Tbsp. flaked onions (1 medium, minced)
garlic powder
salt
pepper
1 tsp. basil
1 Tbsp. oregano leaves
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
2-3 Tbsp. catsup
1/2 pint cottage cheese (small curd)
1/2 pint sour cream
1/2 lb. (2 cups) monterey jack cheese, grated
1/2 lb. (2 cups) mild cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 lb. (2 cups) mozzarella cheese, grated
Instructions
1. Put lasagna noodles on to boil in salted water.

2. Make meat sauce: Brown ground beef, onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper.  Drain and add basil, oregano leaves, parsley flakes, tomato sauce and catsup.

3. Combine cottage cheese and sour cream in small bowl and set aside

4. Grate cheeses combine in medium bowl and set aside.

5. Heat oven to 350 deg.  Butter a 9x13 inch pan.

6. Layer ingredients in following order:
    noodles
    1/2 of meat sauce to  spread evenly
    1/2 of cheeses
    noodles
    1/2 cottage cheese and sour cream
    1/2 meat sauce
    noodles
    1/2 cottage cheese and sour cream
    noodles, if any remaining
    1/2 cheeses

7. Bake about 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
