Ingredients
3 Junket Tablets
2 qt. Half & Half
3 cups Sugar
1 cup of Pureed Fruit (our favorite is peach)
Ice Rock Salt
Instructions
1. Take one quart of half and half put it on the stove and heat until warm to the touch.

2. While warming dissolve junket tablets in about 1/4 cup water.

3. Dissolve all sugar and junket in warm half and half.

4. Put in ice cream maker .

5. Add other quart half and half and fruit puree and then freeze it making sure ice is melting properly.
