Ingredients
2 cups Sugar
½ cup Evaporated Milk
1/4 cup Margarine
4 Tbl. Light Corn Syrup
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 cup Cocoa Powder (optional)
1 tsp. Vanilla
Instructions
1. Butter a dish for finished candy.

2. Combine margarine, sugar, cocoa, light corn syrup and evaporated milk in a saucepan and boil for minutes.

4. Remove from heat and add vanilla.

5. Set pan in cold water and let stand until cool enough to rest bottom of pan on your hand.

6. Beat until thick enough to hold shape and fudge loses its gloss.

7. Pour into greased dish or pan. Cut into squares.

White Fudge:
Just leave cocoa out of chocolate fudge

Peanut Butter Fudge:
Use only 2 tablespoons margarine and add 1/4 cup peanut butter. (From: Elaine Cope)
