Ingredients
2 cups Sugar
1 cup Light Corn Syrup
1 ½ cup Water
1 cube Oleo or Butter
3 cups (12 oz.) Cashews
1 tsp. Baking Soda
Instructions
1. Cook sugar, corn syrup and water till sugar dissolves.

2. Bring to boiling, and Oleo. Cook till thread stage or 230 deg and then stir and add nuts.

3. Stir constantly till it reaches 300 deg or hard crack stage, then stir in soda quickly. Mix well.

4. Pour into 2 buttered baking sheets. As it cools, stretch out thin by lifting and pulling with w forks from edges.

5. Loosen from pans as soon as possible. Turn over and break in pieces.
