Ingredients
8½  cup Sugar
3 tsp. Flour
1/4 tsp. Salt
2 cups Milk
3 Egg Yolks
1 tsp. Vanilla
Instructions
1. Combine sugar, flour, and salt in a saucepan.

2. Stir in milk.

3. Cook over medium low heat, stirring constantly until mixture starts to boil.

4. Cook, uncovered, 15 minutes longer, stirring occasionally.

5. Beat egg yolks. Stir a little of the hot mixture into yolks. Then stir yolks into rest of mixture in saucepan.

6. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

7. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
